The Logo Design Process:
Q&A session takes place with the client. The session focuses on the market audience aswell as existing details of the company.
Research and Brainstorm
I spend time reviewing all the details of the Q&A session with the client. Following that I begin a research and brainstorming process. I look at the competitors, trends, history of the company, company vision, current logo and future conceptual ideas for the logo.
Mindmapping and Sketching
Stage three includes quick sketching concepts and mind-mapping. Although most sketches are discarded in the process, the idea is to explore every possible direction before choosing the correct concept or effective idea.
Once I come up with one or two strong ideas, a rendering is developed on the computer with Adobe Illustrator to Photoshop and finally as a presentation in Acrobat.
Digital layouts are presented to the client for viewing. The client considers the designs presented and prepares feedback based on the project fulfilment. The logo design presentation is supplied as a PDF file.
Following client feedback, the project will either be finalised or revisions will be agreed upon.
Artwork is supplied in its original vector format to you the client. The vector logo can be scaled to any possible scale required, thus resulting in no loss of quality. The logo can be used for websites, corporate stationery and signage, to name a few. Artwork can be supplied via email or made available for download.
